Hello, I am so glad you have found your way here. I am Mandi Glaser, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Art Therapy. My goal is to support you in creating the life you want for yourself. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-identity, stress management, trauma recovery, negative thinking, ADHD, or Autism.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I integrate a medical-model approach with supportive therapy to provide compassionate, comprehensive care. While diagnostic labels can help guide medication decisions, my focus is on understanding the deeper context of your challenges—exploring symptom triggers, emotional meanings, and how relationships influence your coping style. Mutual respect and trust are the foundation of my practice, and I am committed to creating a relaxed, non-judgmental space where honesty, transparency, and collaboration empower you to take an active role in your treatment. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addiction, OCD, complex grief, and chronic illnesses. Together, we’ll work toward authentic growth, healthier choices, and a more positive outlook on life.
Life is a journey filled with transitions, some anticipated, others unexpected. At ReAlign Wellness Group, we understand that navigating these changes can be challenging. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and other tools that support real progress. Most importantly, we believe that healing happens in relationship with a therapist who honors your voice, values, and lived experience. We offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you find the right therapist for your needs. Sessions are available weekdays, with daytime and limited evening availability. We provide telehealth sessions and accept several major insurance plans along with offering private pay options. If you're moving through a time of change or ready to make one, we’re here to help.
Chronic stress is not a requirement for success at work, at school or in relationships. If you are feeling depressed, anxious, or isolated, and/or coping with unhealthy habits, regaining balance is possible. Even the healthiest individuals can struggle to maintain physical, mental, and emotional balance in our high-tech, high-stress culture. In a judgment-free and solution-focused environment, we will work together to help you find more life satisfaction and confidence. I use only evidence-based, reliable practices in a safe, comfortable environment to help you feel better about your life direction.
Whether you are looking to start therapy with a clear vision or here to gain insight towards your hopes from therapy, you are in the right place. Together we will identify meaningful therapeutic goals, discuss evidence-based interventions and allow you the space to process and show up as you are each session. You set the pace; I bring structure, warmth, and tools you can use to move through obstacles with more confidence and ease.
At Viv Well Psychological Services, I believe in empowering individuals to heal from unspoken truths to achieve their mental health goals. I provide compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a focus on serving minoritized community. I offer a safe space to discuss thoughts, feelings, and experiences and am committed to culturally responsive care. Together, we can work towards a fulfilling and healthy life.
The best mental health care occurs when the patient's needs are prioritized and deeply integrated into the treatment plan. Whether you're dealing with anxious thoughts, phobias, learning difficulties, physical symptoms tied to mental health, depression, grief, or feeling like a dark cloud is always blocking out your light, help is available. By creating a judgment-free environment that fosters safe and open communication, we’ll work together to carefully assess your or your loved one’s unique situation and develop the most effective care plan. I believe the key to addressing many unwanted feelings and behaviors lies in combining holistic and pharmacological approaches, including modifying one's environment, engaging in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and using medications to address chemical imbalances in the brain. As your provider, I will work diligently to create a personalized medication plan that alleviates your challenges while minimizing tolerable side effects. Additionally, using evidence-based measurement tools, we can track treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments along the way. I am a licensed mental health practitioner with 13 years of experience and specialized certification in child and family forensics. I support individuals as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, intimate partner violence, forensic and legal challenges, and major life transitions. My approach cultivates self-awareness within the unique context of each client’s social identities, drawing on multidisciplinary methods such as CBT applied through a social justice lens. I tailor my techniques to individual needs, fostering a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
I have been working mainly with young adults in their 20s to 30s, especially Asian-Americans, who are dealing with the turning points in their lives such as career, relationships, family issues, and identities. I also work with bi-cultural, bi-racial couples, families, and their children.
If you are struggling to make sense of your emotions, connect with others in a meaningful way, feel stuck in old patterns, or navigate a life transition, Cassie might be a good fit. We often spend so much energy trying to figure out why we feel the way we do - only to end up exhausted, frustrated, and still unsure. In her work, she brings curiosity and non-judgment to the therapeutic space and support clients in moving toward greater self-understanding, acceptance, and compassion. Cassie specializes in working with adults of all ages going through life transitions - whether it’s a new job, a relationship shift, a move, or a change in identity or values. Transitions can stir up uncertainty, grief, or old emotional patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy can be a grounding space to explore these changes and find clarity and direction. She also specializes in supporting adults with ADHD and adults who are neurodivergent. Together, we can work to better understand your brain and experiences, develop strategies that align with how you function best, and celebrate strengths that may have been overlooked or misunderstood. Cassie’s approach is warm, thoughtful, and direct. She integrates practical tools into therapy to help you build insight and take meaningful steps forward. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about yourself, therapy can be a space to reconnect - with your needs, your values, and your capacity for growth.
Helping you feel comfortable and seen is my priority. I believe that true growth cannot happen outside of a warm, safe relationship. There is so much happening for college students and having a judgement-free space to slow down, unpack thoughts/feelings and gain clarity/awareness can lead to immense empowerment and growth for young adults. I work at my client's pace and help them feel seen/validated in their experience while collaboratively addressing the difficulties together. Celebrating any feeling of success, no matter how small, is crucial! Therapy is not all about the hard things, but also about noticing the good when we can so easily be weighed down by the struggles. Thanks for considering me and I look forward to connecting with you!

Inevitably, life presents difficulties, and can be challenging for many different reasons. Sometimes the things that bring people to therapy are very specific: perhaps a major life transition has become overwhelming, or certain patterns within a relationship are starting to take a toll. Pressures in some particular setting, whether it is at school, at work, or at home, may be feeling too difficult to navigate alone. Other times, people come to therapy a little less certain, feeling confused and unsure about where their life is headed, wanting something more. It’s not always easy to answer the question, “What brings you here?” People tend to doubt their inner strengths, and don’t quite realize how many resources they in fact possess. I have found that, though conversation with a trusted person, people can more easily identify and then build on those strengths. In my work with children, we often talk about expanding their “toolbox,” so that they have the skills to better manage overwhelming emotions and navigate complicated social situations. With teenagers and young adults, we often find ourselves talking about questions of identity development - the process of learning about who we are, how we got there, and what we want for ourselves moving forward. I see growth and development as a lifetime process, and, in my work with adults, we address all these issues in increasingly varied and complex ways, while also working together to navigate complex challenges presented by a world that can be arbitrary and unfair. My past experiences, doing individual and family therapy with people of all ages, of diverse backgrounds, and difficult, sometimes traumatic histories and life circumstances, have engendered within me a core belief that with the right support and collaboration, it is possible to make meaningful and long-lasting changes.
I work from a compassionate, whole person approach where trust and safety allow for awareness and growth. I work with adults at all stages of life, with a particular fondness for emerging young adulthood. My typical client may be experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, grief and trauma. I would like to support you on your therapeutic journey and in my experience, a good relationship and rapport are the most important ingredients for successful therapy.
