Maybe you are a teen who feels like your parent (or anyone for that matter) just doesn't get you at all. Maybe you feel upset all the time and can't put your finger on why. Maybe you have a child who feels this way and needs help working through it. Feeling disconnected from others can feel like we are living in darkness- overwhelming, scary, and unsure.
Life is too short to spend it fumbling around in the darkness. I want you to walk through life, with the light on. When we walk in the light we feel more connection, clarity, courage, confidence, and can engage in clear communication.
My passion is helping individuals and families find healing through trust in relationships, especially helping teens navigate the challenges of adolescence.
